Kidepo Valley National Park is one of the most beautiful yet least visited parks in Uganda. While on safari, I spotted this herd of African elephants (Loxodonta africana) marching in the distance. I captured this landscape photograph with a 500 mm lens at f/10 to capture the detail of the giant termite mounds that dot the landscape. The black and white processing helps to bring out the grey elephants from the grassy landscape.
